Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both you and our team, who commit significant resources in advance of your climb.

All cancellation notices must be received in writing via email.

Cancellation Timeframe & Refund Schedule:

• 20% of tour cost per person deposit is non-refundable regardless of the date of cancelation, though transferable to any other dates;
• 10% cancelation fee if canceled more than 90 days before tour start;
• 30% cancelation fee if canceled 60-89 days before tour start;
• 60% cancelation fee if canceled 30-59 days before tour start;
• No refund if canceled 0-29 days before tour start.

Why this policy? Kilimanjaro climbs require extensive planning and upfront payments to secure permits, hotel bookings, equipment, and guide salaries. These costs are often non-refundable to us.

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage. This will protect your investment in case of unexpected illness, injury, or family emergencies
